How should the artist be reached?

Standard · £15. Requires at least one supporting document above, even a photo of the signature or the back of the canvas counts. We file the record and, if you've given their email, send the artist a single claim invitation. If it lands, your record goes green. No gallery outreach, no follow-up: that's the £149. With registry outreach · £149 per artist. One search covers every work of theirs you file. We find the artist, through galleries, representatives and our own network, and request their attestation. After payment, reply to your confirmation email with receipts, photos or anything you have. The fee covers the search, whatever it finds: if the artist attests, your record upgrades to a verified certificate; if a gallery that handled the work confirms its sale history, it upgrades to “Gallery-corroborated”; and if neither can be reached, you receive a written Search Report: who we contacted, when, and what came back, and your record stays open to an artist claim forever.
